I know. You are tired.
The snooze button is calling to you.
You would rather just do it later.
You promise yourself you will get it done after work.
I know all that talk. I do it too.
However, one of the best tips for getting in your workout is doing it in the morning.
From the moment you wake up, your day is already piling on this and that. So many things to be done.
If working out isn’t a priority (and lets face it for many of us it isn’t) then you are going to set it to the side in favor of more important things.
However, it is important. Taking care of your body means taking care of your health now and into the future.
Plus getting it done in the morning will leave you feeling super successful because you “got that one tackled”. You will have so much energy to keep knocking things off your list, and the endorphin kick will keep you pulsating through the morning.
So set your alarm. Get your tush out of bed. Get in your morning workout.
